Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a long-term supply role in a friendly, well-organised primary school?

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Stockport that is seeking a reliable and proactive School Administrator to join their team on a long-term supply basis from half term. There is strong potential for the role to continue beyond the initial placement, with the possibility of ongoing or permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

This role is ideally full-time, however the school is open to part-time availability for a suitable administrator, offering flexibility alongside continuity.

The Role

• Working as a School Administrator in a busy primary school office
• Long-term supply position starting from half term
• Managing day-to-day administrative duties
• Supporting attendance, pupil records, and general school enquiries
• Liaising with staff & parents
• Using school systems such as SIMS / Arbor (desirable)

What You'll Need

• Previous experience working as a School Administrator (essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced school office environment
• Experience with school management systems (desirable)
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Finance experience is desirable
