Legal Cashier – Immediate Start

Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

£16 - £20 per hour depending on experience 

Join a prestigious law firm with offices across the UK and overseas as a Legal Cashier on a temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded finance team in the heart of Manchester.

The Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Up to 3 months
• Location: Manchester City Centre
• Hybrid: After initial training (3 days office / 2 days home)

What You’ll Do:

• Process high volume invoices and payments accurately using Microsoft Dynamics
• Manage supplier setups and bank detail changes
• Handle internal finance queries and support fee earners
• Reconcile statements and assist with audits
• Submit payments via banking portals
• Provide ad-hoc support across cashiering and finance tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Legal Cashier experience in the UK is essential 
• OR strong cashiering/invoicing experience in a large accountancy or professional services firm in the UK
• Must be immediately available and have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Strong IT skills (Excel essential)
• Professional communicator who can build relationships across the business and with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
