We are an award-winning web development and marketing agency looking for a Web Developer to join our team full-time. You’ll work closely with our designers and developers to build and maintain modern WordPress sites using the Gutenberg block editor. The role involves translating design files into clean, responsive front-end builds, extending WordPress with custom post types and theme logic, and ensuring a high level of consistency and performance across projects.

You’re a technically capable developer who takes pride in building things properly. You understand WordPress architecture, Gutenberg’s quirks, and how to bridge design and development cleanly. You’ll collaborate closely with both design and development teams to deliver robust, responsive WordPress sites that are efficient, scalable, and visually precise.
Progression for the Web Developer
As a developer in this role you are not just building pages. You will be part of a busy specialist team who build high performing WordPress sites all day, every day. You will work alongside senior developers, technical leads and experienced designers who are happy to pair with you, review your code and explain the “why”, not just the “what”.
